The questions buyers
ask first.
Short, specific answers. If yours is not here, send it on WhatsApp — we answer in one working day.
What is the minimum order quantity?
5,000 pieces per SKU. For a first project we usually start with one stock mould and one colour, then add SKUs once the bottle and the filling line are proven together.
How long does production take?
It is confirmed per project, not fixed. The date depends on the mould (stock or new), the colour and the quantity, and we put it in the quotation and the PI before you pay a deposit. New moulds, colour matching and peak season all add time.
Are samples free?
No. Samples are chargeable and the freight is at your cost. A sample is a physical proof of the mould, colour and print, so it is quoted item by item.
Is tooling included?
Only when an existing stock mould already fits your bottle — then there is no new mould to pay for. If the shape is custom, the mould is quoted separately and openly before we start.
Which materials do you work with?
PET, HDPE, PETG and PP. Other materials can be sourced for a specific project, but they are confirmed against the mould and your filling line before we quote.
What finishes can you do?
Silk screen, hot stamping, spray coating (matte or soft-touch), frosting and labelling. The right one depends on the quantity and on how the bottle is handled after filling.
What sizes and formats do you run?
Small skincare bottles from 15ml, lotion and serum bottles around 30–200ml, cream jars 15–100g, shampoo and body wash 250ml–1L, home care trigger and laundry bottles up to 2L, and reed diffuser bottles 50–200ml.
Which port do you ship from?
FOB Guangzhou or Shenzhen. Freight and packing are quoted per project — we do not publish a flat shipping number, because port, volume and packing change it.
How do I start a project?
Send the capacity, the quantity, what goes inside, the closure you prefer and the target market. We reply with three matching options, photos, MOQ and an indicative price.
Do you work with small brands?
Yes, as long as the quantity clears the 5,000 piece minimum. A first order in one stock mould and one colour is the normal way to start.
